Microbiological Analysis of Food Products
Microbiological analysis is performed to analyse the quality of product with respect to its microbiological aspects. Microorganisms can come into the product through air, water, raw material, packaging material and many other sources that can detoriate the product. Microorganisms are the main cause of disease and decaying of food products. Microorganisms may also cause the detoriation of plastics, polymers and stones.
